  • water - 1/2 c
  • red food coloring - 1 tsp
  • white Karo - 1 c
  • cinnamon oil - 1 item

How to make cinnamon candy:

Cook to hard-crack stage. Remove from heat. Add 1 or 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon oil. Give a quick stir and step back. Pour into large cookie sheet and let set until hard.
