sugar - 2 c
water - 1 c
powdered sugar - 1 item
light corn syrup - 3/4 c
red food coloring - 1 item
cinnamon oil - 1/2 tsp

How to make cinnamon candy:

Combine sugar, water and corn syrup in saucepan. Stir continuously until sugar is dissolved. Lower heat. Cook without stirring until 300°. Remove from heat. Add food coloring and cinnamon oil. Pour on buttered cooking sheet. Cool completely. Crack into pieces. Roll in powdered sugar.
