Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- water - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 1 item
- light corn syrup - 3/4 c
- red food coloring - 1 item
- cinnamon oil - 1/2 tsp
How to make cinnamon candy:
Combine sugar, water and corn syrup in saucepan. Stir continuously until sugar is dissolved. Lower heat. Cook without stirring until 300°. Remove from heat. Add food coloring and cinnamon oil. Pour on buttered cooking sheet. Cool completely. Crack into pieces. Roll in powdered sugar.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, American.
