Cinnamon apple jelly
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 c
- water - 3/4 c
- red food coloring - 1 tsp
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- whole cloves - 8 item
- cinnamon sticks - 1 item
- apple juice - 2 c
- red hots - 1/2 c
- Bring to boil
- box fruit pectin - 1 item
How to make cinnamon apple jelly:
Mix all ingredients, except sugar. Bring to boil. Add fruit pectin and boil for 2 minutes. Remove cinnamon stick and cloves. Pour into jelly jars. Seal with paro wax.*SCTDiabetic:Recipe categories: Apple, Condiments, etc., Jellies.
