- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 2 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- 9-inch pie shell
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- medium size tomatoes - 5 item
- thin cheese slices - 1/2 c
How to make chunky tomato cheese pie:
Cut 4 tomatoes into cubes (4 cups). Slice other tomato; set aside. Combine tomato cubes, bread crumbs, flour, sugar and salt; toss until mixed. Place in pie shell. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Remove; garnish with tomato and cheese slices. BakeRecipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Cheese, Main dish.
