  • 9-inch pie shell
  • bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • medium size tomatoes - 5 item
  • thin cheese slices - 1/2 c

How to make chunky tomato cheese pie:

Cut 4 tomatoes into cubes (4 cups). Slice other tomato; set aside. Combine tomato cubes, bread crumbs, flour, sugar and salt; toss until mixed. Place in pie shell. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Remove; garnish with tomato and cheese slices. Bake
