Chunky potato salad
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1/3 c
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- hard-boiled eggs, chopped - 2 item
- mayonnaise - 3/4 1
- chopped olives - 6 item
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- pickle relish - 1/3 c
- small bell pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
- or 6 medium potatoes - 5 item
How to make chunky potato salad:
Boil potatoes with skin on. Boil until tender. Place in refrigerator to cool. After cooled, skin and cube potatoes. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Place into serving dish and refrigerate.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Potato.
