Chunky pizza soup
Ingredients/Components
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 1 c
- basil - 1/2 tsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- sliced mushrooms - 1/2 c
- crushed tomatoes - 1 (28
- beef stock - 1/2 c
- sliced pepperoni - 1 c
How to make chunky pizza soup:
Saute first 4 ingredients in oil. Add tomatoes, pepperoni, beef stock and basil. Heat through for 20 to 30 minutes on a low simmer.
