  • sugar - 1 c
  • water - 3 c
  • frozen orange juice concentrate - 6 oz
  • oranges - 2 item
  • apple cider - 1/2 gal
  • stick cinnamon - 1 item
  • whole cloves - 20 item
  • frozen lemon juice concentrate - 6 oz

How to make christmas wassail:

Stud oranges with cloves. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Combine with remaining ingredients in a large pot and simmer on low heat 1 1/2 hours. Cool and refrigerate overnight. Serve hot or cold. Yields 20 (5 ounce) drinks.
