How to make christmas tree coffee cake:

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Let stand 5 minutes. Combine next 7 ingredients in heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until cheese melts. Cool to 105° to 115°. Add eggs; beat 1 minute on medium speed of mixer. Stir in yeast mixture, pineapple and enough flour to make a soft dough. Turn dough out onto floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic (about 8 to 10 minutes). Place in well-greased bowl, turning to grease top. Cover and let rise in warm place (85°), free from drafts 1 hour or until doubled in bulk.

Punch dough down and divide in half. Shape each half into 11 balls. Arrange balls on a lightly greased baking sheet, sides touching, forming a Christmas tree shape. Cover and let rise in warm place about 1 hour or until doubled in bulk. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Carefully transfer to wire rack. Heat syrup; brush over bread. Cool completely. Combine orange juice and powdered sugar. Mix well. Drizzle over cake. Sprinkle with sugar sprinkles. Makes 1 cake.
