  • cream cheese - 1 (8
  • chopped nuts - 1/2 c
  • hot water - 1 c
  • can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
  • finely chopped celery - 1 c
  • lemon Jell-O - 1 pkg
  • lime Jell-O - 2 pkg
  • cherry Jell-O - 2 pkg
  • whipping cream unbeaten or 1 c - 1 c

How to make christmas salad:

Mix lime Jell-O according to directions on box; pour into large dish and let stand until thickened. For filling, mix together lemon Jell-O, 1 cup water, cream cheese, pineapple, celery, nuts and whipping cream. Pour over hardened lime Jell-O until thickened. Prepare cherry Jell-O as directed on box and pour over filling. Let thicken. Yields 20 servings.
