Ingredients/Components

  • cream cheese - 1 pkg
  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • hot water - 1 c
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • 2 can crushed pineapple
  • cream, whipped - 1 c
  • box lime jello - 1 item
  • box red jello - 1 item
  • marshmallows miniatures - 1/2 lb

How to make christmas salad:

Dissolve lime jello in hot water; add marshmallows while hot, also cream and pineapple. Let cool, then add mayonnaise, chopped pecans and the whipped cream. Let cool. When firm, pour red jello dissolved in 2 cups of water and cooled over the top. Refrigerate until firm.
