Christmas salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- chopped pecans - 1/3 c
- sour cream - 1 c
- boiling water - 2 c
- chopped celery - 1/3 c
- can crushed pineapple with juice - 1 1/2
- can whole cranberry sauce - 1 item
- size - 2 boxes
- Add cranberry sauce, pineapple, celery and pecans
- pecans sprinkled on top - 1/4 c
How to make christmas salad:
Dissolve jello in water. Add cranberry sauce, pineapple, celery and pecans. Refrigerate until congealed. When gelatin is completely congealed, mix topping and spread on top.Topping:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened1 c. sour cream1/4 c. sugar1/4 c. pecans (sprinkled on top)Recipe categories: Salads, Spinach, Bacon.
