- sausage - 1 lb
- eggs - 2 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- dry bread crumbs - 4 c
- oleo - 1/4 c
- onion - 1/2 c
How to make christmas goose:
Saute onion in oleo; soak bread in water and drain moisture. Add onion, bread, spices and sausage. Stuff goose. Place on roasting pan with 3 inches of water and bake at 350° for 1 hour. Drain water and baste for 2 hours.Recipe categories: Main dish, Poultry, Goose.
