- garlic powder - 1 item
- peanut oil - 1/4 c
- black pepper - 1 item
- green onions - 1 item
- bean sprouts - 2 pkg
- shoyu - 4 Tbsp
- oyster sauce - 4 Tbsp
- chow mein noodles - 3 pkg
- celery, sliced - 1 item
- char sui, sliced - 1 item
How to make chow mein:
Mix noodles with peanut oil in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Arrange bean sprouts and celery on noodles. Mix shoyu with oyster sauce; pour over vegetables. Sprinkle garlic powder and black pepper. Arrange thinly sliced char sui over vegetables. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Add green onions immediately after baking.
