Chow mein
Ingredients/Components
- cornstarch - 6 Tbsp
- water - 1/2 c
- soy sauce - 6 Tbsp
- chicken broth - 3 c
- onions, chopped - 4 c
- celery, chopped - 6 c
- cooked chicken, chopped - 4 c
- cans bean sprouts, drained - 2 item
How to make chow mein:
Cook celery, onions and sprouts in broth until tender. Add chicken. Mix soy sauce, cornstarch and water together. Add to chicken mixture. Cook until thickened. May serve over rice and top with chow mein noodles. Will serve 10.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Time to make.
