  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • salt
  • soda
  • almond extract - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped dates - 1/2 c
  • baking powder
  • plain flour - 3 c
  • grated zucchini - 3 c
  • chocolate - 3 sq

How to make chocolate zucchini cake:

Beat eggs. Stir in sugar, oil, vanilla, zucchini, almond extract and melted chocolate. Spoon in dry ingredients, nuts and dates. Bake in a tube pan at 325° for about 1 hour or until done.
