  • sugar
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1/2 c
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • cocoa - 5 Tbsp
  • chocolate chips
  • sifted flour
  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • sour milk - 1/2 c
  • shredded zucchini - 2 c

How to make chocolate zucchini cake:

Topping:1/2 c. chocolate chips1/2 c. chopped nuts Liquidize zucchini or grate in blender. Blend everything thoroughly. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch oblong pan. Press the topping mixture of chocolate chips and nuts into top of batter before you bake. Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.
