Chocolate zucchini cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/3 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- baking soda
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- chopped walnuts - 1 c
- unsweetened cocoa - 1/2 c
- ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
- Miracle Whip - 1 c
- shredded zucchini - 2 c
- Calumet baking powder
How to make chocolate zucchini cake:
Cake: Heat oven to 350°. Beat sugar and dressing at medium speed with electric mixer until smooth. Blend in zucchini and vanilla. Add combined dry ingredients alternately with milk, mixing well. Stir in walnuts. Pour into greased 12 cup fluted tube pan or 10-inch tube pan. Bake 55 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes.Glaze: Mix powdered sugar, milk and vanilla; drizzle over cake. Makes 12 servings.
