  • sugar
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • cocoa - 4 Tbsp
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1/2 c
  • grated zucchini - 2 c
  • bag chocolate chips - 6 oz
  • cloves - 1/2 tsp
  • soft margarine - 1/2 c
  • sour milk or buttermilk - 1/2 c

How to make chocolate zucchini cake:

Cream margarine, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and milk. Mix with electric mixer. Combine dry ingredients. Add to egg mixture. Stir well. Add zucchini. Pour batter in greased and floured 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Put chocolate chips on top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
