Chocolate zucchini cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour
• oil - 1/2 c
• cocoa - 4 Tbsp
• baking soda - 1/2 tsp
• margarine - 1/2 c
• sour milk or buttermilk - 1/2 c
• unpared zucchini - 2 c

How to make chocolate zucchini cake:

Mix all ingredients and beat flour mix. Pour in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Put chocolate chips and nuts on top before baking. Bake at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes. Makes a moist cake.
