Chocolate zucchini cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3 c
• eggs - 4 item
• salt - 1 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1 c
• flour - 3 c
• baking powder
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• unsweetened chocolate, melted - 3 sq
• grated zucchini - 3 c
• salad oil

How to make chocolate zucchini cake:

Pam or grease 10-inch tube pan. Melt chocolate. Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Beat together eggs, sugar, oil and melted chocolate. Add dry ingredients. Add zucchini and nuts. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done at 350°.
