  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • soda
  • cocoa - 1/2 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • chocolate chips - 6 8
  • nuts - 1 c
  • grated zucchini - 2 c
  • margarine - 3/4 c
  • orange peel - 2 tsp

How to make chocolate zucchini bread:

Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs, 1 at a time, then vanilla. Mix all dry ingredients together and include chips. Add alternately with milk. Stir in zucchini and nuts. Grease well and flour a 10-inch tube pan or 2 large loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
