Chocolate zucchini bread

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• vanilla - 3 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour
• oil - 3/4 c
• soda - 2 tsp
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• grated zucchini - 2 c
• eggs, well beaten - 3 item
• baking cocoa - 1/2 c

How to make chocolate zucchini bread:

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease one large or two small cake loaf pans. Mix the eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla and grated zucchini. In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt, baking powder, soda and baking cocoa. Add this mixture to previously mixed egg mixture. Bake 45 to 60 minutes until bread bounces back when touched lightly.
