Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- cocoa - 6 Tbsp
- baking powder - 4 tsp
- nuts - 1/2 c
- hot water - 2 c
- white sugar - 1 c
- melted butter or oleo - 4 Tbsp
How to make chocolate upside-down cake:
Mix in bowl the flour, cocoa, salt, sugar and baking powder. Add milk, vanilla, butter or oleo and nuts. Pour into ungreased pan. Mix and pour over batter, brown sugar, cocoa, white sugar and hot water. Bake 30 minutes in 350° oven.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Coconut.
