Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar
- butter
- water - 1 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- unsifted flour - 2 c
- nuts - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- unsweetened cocoa - 1/2 c
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 oz
How to make chocolate sheet cake:
Preheat oven to 350°. In small pan, melt 1 cup butter; stir in 1/4 cup cocoa, then water. Bring to boil; remove from heat. In large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, soda, cinnamon and salt. Add cocoa mixture; beat. Stir in 1/3 cup Eagle Brand milk, eggs and vanilla. Pour into greased 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan. Bake for 15 minutes, or until cake springs back.In small saucepan, melt rest of butter, cocoa and milk. Stir in sugar and nuts; spread on warm cake.
