Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar
- butter
- water - 1 c
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- large eggs - 2 item
- nuts - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
How to make chocolate sheet cake:
Melt 1 cup butter and stir in 1/4 cup of cocoa and water. Bring to a boil. Combine flour, brown sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; add cocoa mixture as well. Add 1/3 cup of Eagle Brand milk, eggs and vanilla. Bake 15 minutes at 350°. Melt 1/4 cup butter, 1/4 cup cocoa, balance of Eagle Brand milk, sugar and nuts.
