Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 6 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- cocoa - 4 Tbsp
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- pecans - 1/2 c
- sticks oleo - 2 item
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- Icing:1 stick oleo
How to make chocolate sheet cake:
Icing:1 stick oleo4 Tbsp. cocoa1/2 c. pecans6 Tbsp. milk1 box powdered sugar1/4 Tbsp. vanilla In a bowl, mix sugar and flour. Boil rapidly in a pot, oleo, cocoa and water. Pour over flour mixture and mix well. Add buttermilk, eggs, vanilla and soda. Pour into greased pan and bake for 20 minutes at 400°.Frosting: Five minutes before cake is done, melt and boil oleo, milk and cocoa. Remove from heat. Add powdered sugar, pecans and vanilla. Mix well and pour over hot cake.
