Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour
• brown sugar - 2 c
• butter - 2 Tbsp
• soda - 1 tsp
• margarine - 1 c
• can sweetened condensed milk - 1 oz
• quick cook oatmeal - 3 c
• chocolate chips, melted

How to make chocolate revel bars:

Filling:12 oz. chocolate chips, melted2 Tbsp. butter2 tsp. vanilla1/2 tsp. salt1 (15 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk Combine and spread 2/3 of the first 8 ingredients in 10 x 15-inch pan. Cover with filling made by combining the last 5 ingredients. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over the top. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
