  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon
  • eggs - 4 item
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • chocolate chips - 6 oz
  • ginger - 1/4 tsp
  • allspice - 1 tsp
  • can 2 c - 1 lb
  • All-Bran cereal - 1 c
  • ground cloves optional - 1/2 tsp

How to make chocolate pumpkin cake:

Sift together all 9 dry ingredients. Beat eggs in large mixing bowl until foamy. Add pumpkin, oil, bran and blend. Mix in all dry ingredients and beat. Fold in chocolate chips and chopped nuts. Bake in 2 (9-inch) greased and floured cake pans or a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 35 minutes.
