  • vanilla - 1 Tbsp
  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 3/4 tsp
  • cocoa - 9 Tbsp
  • sticks margarine - 2 item
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • all-purpose flour - 3 c
  • Crisco - 1/2 c

How to make chocolate pound cake:

Cream together margarine and Crisco with sugar. Add eggs one at a time; sift together flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa, then add alternately with milk and vanilla. Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 40 to 45 minutes.
