- sugar
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- light corn syrup - 3/4 c
- cider vinegar - 2 tsp
- cream - 1/4 c
- popped corn - 2 qt
How to make chocolate popcorn balls:
Combine sugar, cocoa, corn syrup, vinegar and salt in saucepan. Add butter; cook over low heat, stirring constantly until comes to boil. Add cream; cook to hard ball stage. Stir into popcorn. Butter hands and roll into balls.Recipe categories: Desserts, Low protein, Candy.
