Chocolate pie

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• milk - 2 c
• flour - 1/3 c
• butter - 2 Tbsp
• egg yolks - 3 item
• cocoa - 1/3 c
• pinch of salt - 1 item
• 9-inch pie shell, baked - 1 item

How to make chocolate pie:

Sift sugar, flour, cocoa and salt. Beat egg yolks and milk. Stir egg and milk mixture into dry ingredients to form a smooth paste, then stir in remaining liquid. Stir constantly until mixture comes to a boil and thickens. Continue stirring about 3 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and butter. Pour into a baked 9-inch pie shell.
