Chocolate pie

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• milk - 2 c
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
• egg yolks - 3 item
• cocoa - 2 Tbsp
• dash of salt - 1 item
• cream of tartar - 1/4 tsp
• Add milk and beaten egg yolks

How to make chocolate pie:

Mix sugar, cornstarch, salt and cocoa; blend well. Add milk and beaten egg yolks. Stir until well blended. Cook over medium heat until thick. Add vanilla. Pour into baked pie crust. Top with meringue.Meringue:3 egg whites dash of salt1/4 tsp
