Chocolate pie

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• milk
• stick margarine - 1/2 item
• cocoa - 3 Tbsp
• plain flour - 3 Tbsp
• cream of tartar - 1 tsp
• sugar per egg white - 2 Tbsp
• eggs separate - 3 item
• Pour into unbaked pie crust

How to make chocolate pie:

Mix all ingredients, except egg whites. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350° or until firm.

Cover with meringue.Meringue: egg whites2 Tbsp. sugar per egg white1 tsp. cream of tartar Mix and beat together. Top pie and bake at 350° until brown.
