Ingredients/Components

• egg yolks - 3 item
• sugar
• flour
• milk - 3 c
• cocoa
• butter - 1 Tbsp
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• Topping:3 egg whites

How to make chocolate pie:

Topping:3 egg whites6 Tbsp. sugar1 tsp. vanilla Mix in blender egg yolks, sugar, flour, milk and cocoa. Pour in saucepan over medium heat; stir continuously until comes to a boil and thickens. Add butter and vanilla. Pour into large 9-inch pie shell. Use egg whites, sugar and vanilla and beat until peaked for topping. Brown in oven at 325° for approximately 10 minutes.
