Ingredients/Components

  • 9-inch unbaked pie crust
  • margarine, softened - 1/2 c
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • granulated sugar - 1 c
  • all-purpose flour - 1/2 c
  • semi-sweet chocolate chips - 1 c
  • chopped pecans - 1 c

How to make chocolate pecan pie:

Heat oven to 350°. In a small bowl, cream margarine. Add eggs and vanilla. Combine sugar and flour; add to creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and pecans. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown. Cool about 1 hour. Best served warm.
