  • sugar - 3 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • cocoa - 3 Tbsp
  • stick butter - 1/2 item
  • peanut butter - 2/3 c
  • white corn syrup - 3 Tbsp
  • can cream - 1 item
  • marshmallow cream - 1 c

How to make chocolate peanut butter fudge:

Combine in heavy saucepan corn syrup, cream, sugar, cocoa and butter. Cook over medium heat until mixture forms a semi-hard ball in cold water (248°). Remove from heat. Add peanut butter, marshmallow cream, vanilla and nuts. Beat until thick; pour into buttered pan.
