  • chunky peanut butter - 2 Tbsp
  • skim milk - 2 Tbsp
  • cold skim milk - 2 c
  • thawed Cool Whip lite whipped topping - 1 c
  • Jell-O chocolate superfine instant pudding and pie filling - 1 serving

How to make chocolate peanut butter dessert:

Mix 2 tablespoons milk into peanut butter in large bowl. Gently stir in whipped topping. Pour 2 cups milk into large bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whip (whisk) for 1 to 2 minutes or until well blended. Spoon whipped topping mixture and pudding alternately into parfait glasses. Refrigerate one hour. Makes 6 servings.
