Chocolate peanut butter cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- buttermilk - 1 c
- plain flour
- can evaporated milk - 1 oz
- peanut oil
- Frosting or Icing:1 stick margarine
How to make chocolate peanut butter cake:
Frosting or Icing:1 stick margarine1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk1 1/2 c. sugar3 Tbsp. brown sugar Mix sugar, oil and eggs. Sift flour, cocoa and soda together. Stir in vanilla. Bake in 4 (9-inch) greased pans at 350° for 15 minutes or until done. Cool before frosting.Frosting: Cook over low heat, stirring constantly for 2 minutes (after boiling stage). Add 1 1/2 cups crunchy peanut butter. Stir. Do not beat. Frost cake.
