Chocolate peanut butter brownies
Ingredients/Components

- eggs - 2 item
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- 1 oz - 2 sq
- all-purpose flour - 1/2 c
- creamy peanut butter - 1/2 c
- light cream or milk - 2 3
- semi-sweet baking chocolate
- butter or margarine, soft - 1/4 c
How to make chocolate peanut butter brownies:
Filling:1 1/2 c. sugar1/4 c. butter or margarine, soft Glaze:1 sq. semi-sweet baking chocolate1/2 c. butter or margarine1 c. sugar1/2 c. creamy peanut butter2 to 3 Tbsp. light cream or milk1 Tbsp. butter or margarine In a small saucepan, melt chocolate and butter over low heat. Set aside. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs and sugar until light and pale colored. Add flour and melted chocolate. Stir well. Pour into a greased 9-inch square baking pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until the brownies test done. Cool.For Filling: Beat confectioners sugar, peanut butter and butter. Stir in cream or milk until mixture reaches desired spreading consistency. Spread over cooled brownies; cover and chill until firm.
For Glaze: Melt chocolate and butter in saucepan, stirring until smooth. Drizzle over the filling. Chill before cutting. Store in refrigerator.
