  • unsweetened cocoa - 1/2 c
  • mayonnaise - 1 c

How to make chocolate mayonnaise cake:

Mix flour, cocoa, baking soda and baking powder; set aside. Mix eggs, sugar and vanilla for 3 minutes or until smooth and creamy. Reduce speed to low. Beat in mayonnaise until blended. Add flour in 4 additions with water. Bake in 2 (9-inch) pans for 30 to 35 minutes at 350°.
