Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/3 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- water - 1 c
- egg yolks - 2 item
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- powdered sugar
- butter, melted - 1/4 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
How to make chocolate mayonnaise cake:
Chocolate Frosting:2 3/4 c. powdered sugar1/4 c. butter, melted2 Tbsp. milk1/3 tsp. salt1/4 c. cocoa2 egg yolks1 tsp. vanilla Combine flour, cocoa, sugar and soda; mix well. Add water, mayonnaise and vanilla. Stir until smooth. Pour batter into a greased and floured 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool completely before frosting.Chocolate Frosting: Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth. Spread on cake.
