Chocolate marshmallow frosting
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/3 c
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- unsweetened chocolate - 1 sq
- miniature marshmallows - 1 c
How to make chocolate marshmallow frosting:
Melt chocolate in milk in top of double boiler over simmering water; stir until smooth. Remove from heat and beat in sugar, 1/2 cup at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition. Cool slightly; fold in marshmallows. Frost cookies. Yields frosting for 4 dozen cookies.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cake fillings and frostings.
