Chocolate macaroon bars
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- can sweetened condensed milk - 1 oz
- margarine, melted - 1/3 c
- mini semi-sweet chocolate chips - 1 c
- graham cracker crumbs
- fresh white bread crumbs 4 slices - 2 c
How to make chocolate macaroon bars:
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, cocoa and margarine. Press firmly on bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Bake 10 minutes.Meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon evenly over prepared crust. Bake 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Cut into bars. Store covered in refrigerator.
