Chocolate layer dessert
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- pkg - 2 oz
- milk - 3 c
- flour
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- Cool Whip - 16 oz
- 1/2 sticks margarine, melted - 1 item
How to make chocolate layer dessert:
Layer 1: Mix flour, sugar, pecans and butter. Press into bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Watch carefully; burns easily. Let cool.Layer 2: Mix 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip, softened cream cheese and powdered sugar with a mixer. Spread over cooled Layer 1.
Layer 3: Combine milk and pudding. Spread over Layer 2. Let sit for a few minutes.
Layer 4: Spread desired amount of Cool Whip over pudding layer. Sprinkle with chopped pecans or grated chocolate.
Refrigerate overnight.
