- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- soda
- sifted cake flour
- sq - 2 1/2
- ice water
- soft margarine or butter - 2/3 c
How to make chocolate fudge cake:
Cream together the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla until fluffy. Beat 5 minutes at high speed on mixer. Blend in cooled chocolate, then add flour, soda and salt mixture alternately with ice water. Beat well after each addition. Bake in 2 (9-inch) pans in moderate oven at 350° for 30 minutes, or until done.Recipe categories: Desserts, Chocolate, Cakes.
