Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- butter or margarine - 1/4 c
- evaporated milk - 3/4 c
- marshmallows, cut up - 9 item
- 8 sq - 1 pkg
How to make chocolate fudge:
Combine sugar, butter or margarine, milk and marshmallows in saucepan. Cook and stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved and marshmallows are melted. Boil 4 minutes, stirring all the time. Add chocolate and stir until entirely melted. Remove from heat. Pour into a greased 9 x 9-inch pan. Let cool. Cut into 1-inch squares. Makes about 2 pounds.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Fudge.
