Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 3/4 c
- milk - 3/4 c
- cocoa - 2 Tbsp
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- dash of salt - 1 item
How to make chocolate fudge:
Mix cocoa, sugar and salt together in a quart saucepan. Add milk and mix well. Cook over medium heat, stirring often until thick enough to form a ball in cool water. Set off heat. Add butter, vanilla and pecans. Stir mixture until hard enough to drop on wax paper.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Fudge.
