Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- evaporated milk - 2/3 c
- chopped nuts optional - 1/2 c
- Marshmallow Creme
- butter 1 1/2 sticks - 3/4 c
How to make chocolate fudge:
Combine butter, sugar and milk in large saucepan. Over low heat, bring to full boil, stirring constantly. Continue boiling for 5 minutes, stirring to avoid scorching. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients. Stir vigorously, making sure everything is dissolved. Pour into greased 9 x 13--inch pan. Refrigerate until it gets hard.
