Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- corn syrup - 1 2
How to make chocolate frosting:
Combine sugar and cocoa in pot mixing well. Add butter, corn syrup and milk. Bring to a boil. Boil hard for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Cool until lukewarm. Beat until thick enough to spread. Stir in pecans and vanilla.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cake fillings and frostings.
