Chocolate frosting



  • sugar - 2 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • cocoa - 1/4 c
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • corn syrup - 1 2

How to make chocolate frosting:

Combine sugar and cocoa in pot mixing well. Add butter, corn syrup and milk. Bring to a boil. Boil hard for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Cool until lukewarm. Beat until thick enough to spread. Stir in pecans and vanilla.
