Chocolate filled cupcakes

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/3 c
• cream cheese - 8 oz
• vanilla - 2 Tbsp
• flour - 3 c
• water - 2 c
• oil - 2/3 c
• cocoa - 1/2 c
• baking soda - 2 tsp
• chocolate chips - 12 oz
• egg - 1 item
• vinegar - 2 Tbsp
• dash of salt - 1 item

How to make chocolate filled cupcakes:

Cream the first 5 ingredients and add chocolate chips. Mix remaining ingredients. Mix well. Batter will be thin. Fill cupcakes 1/2 full. Fill with a teaspoon of cream cheese mixture. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350°.
